📧About the Role

You will be working with the founders in a high velocity, challenging and even sometimes chaotic environment. The role will focus on email deliverability and marketing to help our clients and users get the most out of our email marketing platform. We are still at an early stage with a small team and growing fast. It will provide you with an opportunity to help build our email production and delivery infrastructure.

🏄‍♀️Responsibilities

  1. Day-to-day execution of email deliverability, including onboarding configuration, troubleshooting campaign challenges, creating/segmenting contact lists.
  2. Analyze campaign performances and advise clients on best practices of email sending and enforce them.
  3. Designing and running checks and tests on email deliverability. Help improve our email monitoring stack and our anti-spam rules.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues related to email performance and delivery.
  5. Run a quality check on our email infrastructure and ensure better quality and reliability for our users.
  6. Monitor global email trends, and use them to update emailing best practices within and out of the product.
  7. Educate our users and employees on email technology, practices and techniques.

📩 Requirements

  1. 3+ years experience in working on email deliverability, analytics, and email consulting.

  2. Proficiency in email production, delivery platforms, and troubleshooting.

  3. Understanding of blacklist/spam traps and other deliverability pitfalls and remediation.

  4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.

  5. High level of enthusiasm for emails.

  6. Strong proficiency in communication skills – both verbal and written.
